#  DHS is Terminating Temporary Protected Status for Ethiopia

DHS announced the termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Ethiopia, effective February 13, 2026. The previous expiration date was December 12, 2025. It is possible that litigation could result in an extension of TPS status until around June 12, 2026. We are waiting to see if interested parties pursue litigation.
