Sarah’s practice is in civil litigation, OSHA matters, and other employment matters.
She graduated with undergraduate degrees in textile engineering and polymer chemistry from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. She then attended the University of Georgia School of Law.
Sarah has experience working as a lab technician in a textile processing facility and as a quality control engineer for the automotive industry. She has also worked as a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. After graduating law school, Sarah specialized in intellectual property law, including patent litigation and prosecution, trademark litigation and oppositions, and copyright litigation. Her intellectual property work included federal litigation at the district court and appellate court levels and administrative proceedings. She has also worked in general civil litigation in state and federal courts, including real estate, general business litigation, and contract disputes.
Sarah is active in the community, including volunteering at a local animal shelter and playing in a community band.
