The Obama Administration changed the long standing Wage Hour Interpretative Bulletin concerning joint employment and independent contractor. The first Trump Administration reissued the IB, the Biden Administration changed it again and the second Trump Administration changed it again. Meanwhile, the U.S. Supreme Court overruled the Chevron doctrine. So where does that leave us?
